Shaun has over 30 years of experience as a head chef and has worked in some of the country's most prestigious restaurants including Le Talbooth, Mallory Court, Langans Bistro, Flitwick Manor and Queens College Cambridge.

He has extensive experience in menu design, restaurant management and food hygiene and safety systems.  As well as running his own successful restaurant, Shaun has helped numerous restaurants to turn their performance around achieving increased profitability, improved hygiene and safety and award winning menus.

Richard Taylor  -  MBA  ACMA

Marketing, Finance & Business Growth Expert

Richard qualified as a Management Accountant in 1992.  Since then he has graduated with a Masters Degree in Business and developed an expertise in business marketing, in particular digital marketing.

In 1999 Richard partnered with Shaun to open Earl's Restaurant in Amptill, and together they enjoyed immediate success.

Having run a $100 million engineering business for over 20 years, Richard's knowledge of operations management is unparalleled.  Couple this knowledge with his financial background and marketing expertise and you have someone you can definitely trust with your business growth.

In recent years Richard has focused his skills on Digital Marketing and is now using his expertise to achieve outstanding results for his marketing clients.

Janine Taylor  -  HND Hospitality Management

Front of House Training & Supplier Sourcing Advisor

Janine has an HND in Hospitality Management and has worked in many kitchens and restaurants.

Having successfully managed the restaurant kitchen for Renishaw PLC, catering for hundreds of staff and executives on a daily basis, Janine was given the opportunity to develop her supplier sourcing and contract management skills within the business.

Responsible for negotiating annual contracts worth over £10 million, Janine has developed an expertise in supplier management to compliment her hospitality skills.
